Blue Heron Bay Development begins taking reservations
on home sites.
Eight home sites will be offered for sale in the project at presale pricing. Interested buyers can reserve a Priority Number for the selection of their custom home site and preserve the opportunity to secure all initial price incentives by making a refundable deposit with their Reservation Agreement.
